If the cursor is shaped like a hand, it means that you can touch whatever the cursor is on now. A button, an answer, or anything else that you can touch. When the cursor is shaped like a hand with a cross on it, it means you've reached the end of the screen. The next time you click Next, you'll go on to the next screen.
